Business & office removals, around your trading
Commercial removals planned so the business barely notices — offices, shops, studios and workshops moved in or out of hours, with the IT, the stock and the records handled properly.
A business removal is not just a house move with more desks. Downtime costs you, the IT has to come back up cleanly, and half the contents are records you cannot afford to lose track of. We plan commercial moves around all of that — most run in the evening, overnight or across a weekend, so your team returns to a working office.
Offices, shops and everything commercial
We move professional offices, retail units, creative studios, workshops and small commercial premises — from a few desks in a serviced building to a whole floor with a server room, meeting rooms and a stockroom. Shops get moved with the fit-out, the stock and the tills in mind; studios with their kit protected.
IT, crates and a floor-plan
Desks and workstations are decommissioned, the kit labelled and crated by user or department, and set back up so people plug in and get on. We work to a floor-plan for the new site and a clear crate-labelling scheme, so everything lands where it belongs rather than in a pile by the lift. Where you have your own IT provider, we coordinate around them.
Phased moves to protect trading
Bigger relocations often run in phases — one part of the business stays live while another moves — so you are never fully offline. We handle the out-of-hours access, the goods lifts and the loading bays, and keep the building management on side at both ends.
Storage and the wider picture
Clearing a floor early, or holding an archive between sites? Storage bridges it. Relocating a business abroad? The same team runs European moves. Start with the quote form and we will survey the sites and come back with a plan.
Business removals — questions
Do you move offices outside normal working hours?
Regularly. Most business moves we run happen in the evening, overnight or across a weekend so the team walks into a working office rather than a building site. We plan the move around your trading, not the other way round.
Can you handle the IT and workstations?
Yes. We decommission desks and workstations, label and crate the kit by user or department, move it, and set it back up so people can plug in and get on. Anything you would rather your own IT team or provider handled, we coordinate around.
What kinds of business do you move?
Offices, professional practices, shops and retail units, studios, workshops and small commercial premises. From a handful of desks in a serviced office to a whole floor with a server room, meeting rooms and a stockroom.
Can a move be phased so we keep trading?
Yes — larger moves often run in phases so one part of the business stays live while another relocates. We work to a floor-plan for the new site and a crate-labelling scheme so everything lands where it should, not in a heap by the lift.
How is a commercial move quoted?
From the volume, the access at both buildings, the IT involved and whether it runs in or out of hours. We survey the sites first, then give you a clear written quote and a move plan — no figure plucked from the air.
Relocating the business?
Tell us the sites, the rough headcount and whether it needs to run out of hours. We will survey, plan the phasing and come back with a clear written quote.
